It depends on the batch schedule. When I signed up for Java, there were new batches starting every couple of weeks. You pick your preferred timing.

You usually can't start same day, they have set schedules. But you can often pick a batch starting pretty soon, sometimes within a week or two. You'll see the options when you enroll.

As far as I know, they say it's lifetime access to the course materials. I still have access to my Selenium course from last year.
